Review of Project: Kratos Bodyweight High Intensity Training | High Intensity Training by Drew Baye
Project: Kratos Bodyweight High Intensity Training | High Intensity Training by Drew Baye.
The Book
Yesterday I bought “Project: Kratos” by Drew Baye.
I’ve followed him for quite a while and like both his style and information.
The book is informative and concise and is mostly organized around the workouts.
So the first few chapters are the philosophy and practice of how to do the moves and technique. He gives several levels of how to understand the moves and make them harder/easier depending on your needs.
There’s more info on equipment, diet/supplements, tracking results, etc.
The workouts go through all the moves in detail w/ pictures including variations and alternative moves.
There are several workouts w/ the main one being Kratos.
They feel like a combination of HIT workouts from books like “Body by Science” and past Drew Baye books and the “You Are Your Own Gym” app.
My Plan
So my plan is to do the Kratos workout. I don’t expect to change up my current diet much but I’ll do these workouts.
I’ll probably do them 2-3 times per week based on how well the first one goes.
