P90X3 Heart Rate Monitor

It seems the suggested Beachbody heart rate monitor is the Bowflex Strapless monitor.

I haven’t been impressed with strapless monitors though they are nice and convenient. And they are more expensive.

I’ve had good success w/ the Omron HR-100CN. It has a strap which is a bit of a hassle, but not too big of a deal. Also, it’s a lot less expensive.

Another negative of the strapped option, the strap has a battery too so that’s another battery to replace when the time comes.

So there’s two good options for heart rate monitors depending on what you’re will to spend and put up with.
