Intense chase scenes… that’s mostly it.

I read the book and this is a decent attempt to tell that story but in a film version which would be tough for two reasons. Certainly the amount of content in a book, but also the technique used.

In the book, it was after the war w/ the main character interviewing main “players” of the war. So each story told a different part of the war and they were the main character of that story so Pitt really wdn’t be a part of it.

Unfortunately, the movie is just a bunch of chase scenes w/ a fairly anti-climactic (action-wise) ending.
