P90X3 – Isometrix Review
Ouch! This was basically yoga balance positions… for 45 seconds each… mostly on one arm or one leg or similar.
This was a tough workout. If you’ve done other P90X-ish yoga workouts, you know what a tough one is.
Fortunately, of course, it’s 30 mins which helps.
Tony is pretty funny at one point in this workout which I appreciate. 🙂
Again, it’s balance poses held for a while and it’s tough. There’s modifications as necessary so it’s only as hard as you make it.
This is my 4th week so it’s the week btwn block 1 and 2 and is a bit different. I’ll only do this working TWO more times during the whole P90X3 program. Week 8 (after block 2) and week 13 (the last week).
