Soylent Food Replacement Experiements


I’d say if you’re looking to just stay alive Soylent might be your thing.

UPDATE: I used my shake recipe for a 1-week experiment.

Otherwise, I’d stick to real food w/ all the nutrients AND enzymes, probiotics, macro/micronutrients, variety, taste, etc.!

If you’re looking for a meal replacement/supplement, try my shake recipe which is cheaper than Soylent.

I have my concerns about Soylent after reading various experiments (google it) – it seems to just focus on the numbers… and very few/limited ingredients… I’m still going to ‘worry’ about food…
