I wanted to get the best P90X3 shoes – my feet were hurting me a bit (not as bad as Insanity) and while I’m not convinced it was my shoes, they were old.

I read some online and then went to a local store (I wanted to try them on). I settled on ASICS Gel-Craze as my P90X3 shoes.

They looked fine and felt great in the store. At home, I wore them around the house for a while and when I went to take them off, I decided to keep them on – they’re like hard soled slippers! So light and comfortable!

I like the cushion feeling in the ball of the foot and the heel – I’m not sure if it’s all the same and all gel, but I really like it. Also, they’re quite meshy to the point that I can feel air flow just as I walk around (my feet get hot so this is a big deal to me).

I started to do Total Synergistics today and it’s the same shoe Tony has. I’ll take that as a good sign that they’re great P90X3 shoes. I know he wears various shoes besides this one.

UPDATE: I’ve had these shoes about 6 weeks now and I love them! Very comfortable and light. I find myself wearing them long after my workout b/c I like them so much!

UPDATE: I got a pair of the Gel-Fortius and didn’t like them. I returned them for another pair of these Gel-Craze. Love them! I have a feeling there are a lot of great Asics Gel shoes that would make great P90X3 shoes, however, I think I’ll stick w/ the Gel-Craze for now.
