I liked this one more than the first movie. This one had a darker feel to it and more “mature” scenes as far as motive, implications and direct consequences. Not that it made it better, but it had a different tone.

Fortunately, it had the first one to build on: established reality and characters. Also, better special effects. I think this might be the first movie where I didn’t question the CGI. It wasn’t until late in the movie that I gave it a thought.
