Logan’s Run (1976) – 3/5
NEXT: “Iron Man” (2008)
The first half has the same type of production as “The Omega Man”, “The Andromeda Strain”, etc.: bad ’70’s sci-fi. But the second half kinda frees itself from that and gets more into the story and implications of everything. Maybe it’s just in contrast, but the second half “feels” a lot better.
It’s a lot like “The Matrix” in some senses.

Once they get out of the city, the movie isn’t weighed down w/ the bad scenes and sets so that helps.
