Project Kratos: Day 8 Workout
My 8th workout w/ Project Kratos was good. I felt like I pushed myself hard, did more than before and was pretty sore. Maybe 1 week is my ideal rest period.
I intended to go for about 8 weeks not knowing how many workouts that would be. I may have to take a break due to some travel (not that I can’t do it other places, it’s actually a good workout for travel), but a) I want to do it in the same environment and b) other things will change (diet, etc.) so even if I do it, I won’t track it the same.
